As far as I am concerned, I am in complete agreement with the argument. The two ideas stated below can be valid evidence to support my view. First of all, honesty as a qualification for selecting a leader of student organization shows outstanding effectiveness in improving resposibility. Modern society or most organization requires leader who surpass others both in specialty and personality. Moreover, honesty leader tend to run an organization honestly without making any troubles such as embezzling, manipulating the policy of an organization. To be more specific, knowing how to be a reliable and responsible person is a necessary qualification such as honest for any successful leader. Therefore, given the need for collaboration in any places today, considering honesty as the most important determinant of selecting a leader for a student organization and doing the organization's tasks without corruption and so on clearly is more vital in building a more promising one organization's future. According to a private survey conducted by Seoul National University of Korea, most of the surveyed respondents answered that they strongly agreeded that honestly is the most important factor for voting for a student leader when they had been in school organizations. They also responded that if it had not been for thinking honesty the most important for a school leader in student groups, they had experienced their organizations had been corrupted or confused. Thus, I strongly affirm that honestly should be considered as the most important factor for selecting a leader of student group organizations. On top of that, honesty is actually better for a leader of students' certain groups because it is energy-efficient. One honesty leader is able to receive many people's trust, so the leader can do the student organization's policies effectively without any troubles and disputes. A key to success nowadays is efficiency. The honesty is the main factor to result in efficency for a leader to operate in student organization. Therefore, one leader who has honesty in student organization bears the maximum of fruit with less effort. In this sense, considering the honesty most importantly for any qualification to determine a leader in student group paves a more convenient way to success since honesty leader mostly gain lots of support of voters and do his or her work without the obstacles to block student organization's policy. A research conducted by a renowned sociologist named Janes Kinder indicates that one student leader who is honesty attain the goal of managing the student group well in a much more effectual way wheras having the same accomplishments is somewhat stunted for student leader who is not honest. Likewise, his research proves that my argument is convincing. Therefore, I strongly affirm that honesty should be the most important factor for selecting a student leader in organizations. Taking all of these reasons into consideration, we should agree with the idea since it is important to responsiblity and efficiency for selecting a student leader. Needless to say, there is no doubt in my opinion that selecting a leader should include thinking the honesty as the most important factor. |
