As far as I am concerned, I am in complete disagreement with the argument. The two ideas stated below can be valid evidence to support my view. First of all, working together in the office shows outstanding effectiveness in improving social skills. Modern society admittedly requires people who surpass others both in specialty and sociability. To be more specific, interpersonal relationships and social skills are necessary qualifications for any successful person. Therfore, given the need for colloboration in any work places today, doing a jog in a workplace together and getting along with them clearly is more vital in building a more promising future. According to a recent study conducted by a world top-tier university, when given choices of working at home individually with technology service or doing a job in working place with other persons, the majority of people willingly chose the latter option and they also readily admitted that the advantages of the latter option far outweigh those of the former one. By getting a task with some people, they could gain better perspectives which they could hardly acquire in other case. Likewise, this result indicates tha tmy argument is cogent. Therefore, I strongly contend that doing a task together is more beneficial than only working at home with some technology devices. On top of that, working out of home such as company together is an excellent way of enhancing insights and outlooks since people can have more experience. While growing up, many people are immersed by tongs of information and knowledge about this world through formalized education. The problem that comes with this is that most of the information and knowledge is conveyed with the sources' viewpoint and they can easily become shortsighted if they do not have chances to experience and broaden their horizon. In many cases, lack of experience or stereotype is a serious concern that hinder's their success. Therefore, in order to gain well-balanced views and become more cultured, they are encouraged to do jobs with others and have group tasks in any work places and have as much experience as possible. A research conducted by a renowned professor named Hwang woo-min from Berkely University indicates that people who usually do jobs with others in any working places attain the goal of being successful in their lives in a much more effectual way whereas having the same accomplishments is somewhat stunted for people who do experience mostly in working at home with the Internet service. Likewise, his research proves that my argument is compelling. Therfore, I strongly argue that working together at companies' designated spots may be more wise than the other case. Taking all of these into consideration, we should disagree with the given topic since is is important to get a long with others and learn some lessons from other people. Needless to say, there is no doubt in my opinion that working together in companies' offices will benefit their future. |
