different opinions about the best way to become healthier. In my opinion, exercising regularly is the best way to maintain our health for following reasons.
First of all, we can develop our immune system by exercising
regularly. According to the study about the human immune
system, doing exercise regularly is one of the ways to enhance
immune system. Also, the study has shown that exercising
regularly is the best way to have better immune system. If we
have strong immune system, it is less likely to get infectious
diseases such as flu and cold. As a result, exercising regularly is
good for preventing diseases and keeping fit.
Secondly, exercise plays a role of straightening skeleton. This helps people to have a correct posture. According to a study done by
the university, if a person has the correct posture, this person is
likely to become taller than others. Also, these days many people have bad postures and it causes some problems such as bent
spine. This bent spine can cause some symptoms like low back
pain. This is fatal for teenagers who are still in adolescence period.
To sum up, regular exercise can develop our immune system and
straightens skeleton. I hope many people exercise regularly and
maintain their health. As a result, I strongly believe that exercising regularly is the best way to maintain our health. |
